Identity

To simplify your media production and manufacturing experience, IMS has created downloadable and/or online forms for submission with your media. The downloadable forms are available in PDF file format below and the online forms are available using the navigational bar to the right. Forms are also available via fax, mail and by appointment.

The production and manufacturing forms will enable IMS to accurately and efficiently produce and deliver your product on schedule.

Please note: IMS may require one - or more - of the following forms before we can begin production.

Artwork Approval/Waiver

The Artwork Approval form is a binding agreement that indicates you have approved or waived the right to review all IMS submitted artwork via email, mail, fax or by appointment and authorizes IMS to begin print production.

Credit Application

The Credit Application form is used to record information about an applicant seeking credit and authorizes IMS to conduct an evaluation of your credit history including bank and credit.

Credit Authorization

The Credit Authorization form provides IMS with your consent to bill your credit card for any purchases made via telephone, fax, email, Internet or mail.

Featured Artist Activation

The Featured Artist Activation form allows artist to participate in IMS’s online promotional Website entitled Nutunes (www.nutunes.com) where artists can post bios, tour dates, pictures and MP3’s.

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

An "IPR" form is a document, in accordance with the anti-piracy compliance program, that asserts ownership of the material being replicated. This form allows IMS to legally reproduce your media.

Manufacturing Agreement

An Audio Manufacturing Agreement is necessary if the rights to any recording on your master belong to a third party. The form will explicitly state that the third party has given you authorization to reproduce their intellectual property.

Media Approval/Waiver

An authorized Media Approval form indicates that you have done a comprehensive test or have waived the right to review the master and approve of its quality.

Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions contain a variety of provisions that are applicable to the Products and Services of IMS. Because this form contains legal obligations, please read carefully and authorize.

Track Listing (Audio Production Only)

The Track Listing form identifies the sequence of your tracks including accurate running times and a log listing of all events as they occur on the media.
