Protecting your privacy is important to Imperial Media Services. The following describes how Imperial Media handles information obtained when consumers access our website or contact us by email or telephone.

Any personal information you provide us is voluntary. We use it only to fulfill a request that you make, such as processing an order. This information also identifies your EZ Quote results so that they can be referred to (by either Imperial Media or the customer) at a later date.

Email messages sent (to any recipient) from the EZ Quote confirmation page are automatically submitted to Imperial Media, as well. Also, we collect the e-mail addresses of those who post messages to our bulletin board, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, the e-mail addresses of those who make postings to our chat areas, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number and Billing Address Only.

Imperial Media does not share or sell users’ personal information with any other party. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor, used to notify consumers about updates to our website, used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes, disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our website.

Like many other sites, Imperial Media’s website employs “cookies”. Imperial Media’s privacy policy applies only to information collected on the Imperial Media website. Our site contains links to other websites that may have different privacy policies. It is the user’s personal responsibility to read and understand each company’s policy before providing personal information, as Imperial Media is not responsible for the policies or actions of these other sites.
